Workshop Description:
This workshop has been designed to refresh the participant’s memory of key principles of ethical practice. Special focus will be given to current issues which frequently result in ethical complaints being levied against the therapist with the AAMFT and respective licensure boards. Case scenarios will be utilized to reinforce and clarify principles of ethical practice.
Learning Objectives:
1. Review ethical practices of marriage and family therapy.
2. Identify issues frequently leading to complaints levied against MFT’s.
3. Apply ethical codes and best practices to case scenarios.
